Now you’ve got your licence… What’s next?

Congratulations, you’re a probationary driver. You have done all your hours, practiced for your drive test, looked for the safest car you can afford, and you are now out on our roads – on your OWN!!!

Isn’t is amazing you go to sleep one night as a learner driver, wake up – do a drive test and boom you are out there. Because by law you have been given the permission to drive, however your skill set for driving is still new and chances are, you are now crapping your dacks on having to make decisions…

Excitement of passing any test in life is always short lived, and our decisions moving forward throughout our driving journey require continuous improvement. A probationary licence is no different.

So, now that you have your licence, what’s next? Have you ever considered what it would be like to have the opportunity to go back and talk to someone about your experience of being a probationary driver? The opportunity to openly talk about situations that you may have encountered out on the road. Questions you may have around road safety, peer pressure, the expectations by others…

At driv’n 2 Success we acknowledge the importance of our graduates having the freedom to access additional support throughout their probationary period. We have introduced our community open nights and offer each of our graduates the opportunity to come back and refresh their skills within their first 12 months of driving, free of charge!
